- September 2020 – First Outdoor Homeless Court
- CLEAR Recovery donated substance abuse and mental health counseling to participants of Homeless Court
- CLEAR provides individualized, evidence-based, age-specific treatment to achieve the best possible chance at long term recovery
Received the Rotary Club’s “Service Above Self” honor
2021- Created Quality of Life fund to assist our homeless population
- September 2022 – Expanded pallet shelter by adding 5 more units
- Decreased homelessness by 44% since 2020
- Hired Lila Omura as City’s Homeless Housing Navigator
- Received the League of Cities “Helen Putnam Award for Excellence in Housing Programs and Innovations”
- Received $500,000 grant from Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi
- Decreased homelessness an additional 16% from 2022 (total of 60% decrease since 2020)
- Increased bridge housing by 13 units
- Presented at the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments Symposium on Interim Housing
- Recognized by Mayor Brand with Mayor’s Commendation
- Chosen to speak at annual League of Cities Conference on Homelessness
- Received grants from Heath Net and Supervisor Holly Mitchell to expand the Pallet Shelter and Alternative Crisis Response Program for people suffering from mental illness
- Assisted Housing Authority establish affordable housing Voucher Program
